Deb Bell is available for one-on-one business mentoring, workshops or major speaking engagements. She is experienced in all forums and is available for events, conferences, meetings and workshops.

She has recently returned from Singapore, having been invited to speak at the HR Summit 2009, the largest human resources event in Asia, hosted at the Suntec Convention Centre with 3,266 delegates attending. This is the 7th HR Summit and Deb Bell and Ngahihi o te ra Bidois are the first New Zealanders to speak at this prestigious international event.

Deb has more than seven years experience as an accredited facilitator for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and is qualified member of the National Speakers

Association of New Zealand. Deb specialises in the real estate, property, insurance and financial sectors, education along with the HR industry and small to medium sized business owners.

Her objective is to create “aha” moments for the audience – the moment in time when they suddenly “get it”. It is these moments that lead to changes in behaviour which achieve better results, increased productivity and increased profits.
